Ten-plus years, one county at a time
Eduard has spent more than a decade building and remodeling homes across Snohomish and King County — custom houses from bare lot to keys, kitchens and bathrooms taken down to the studs, additions and ADUs added to houses people did not want to leave. ENF works out of Everett, and most of what we build is within forty minutes of the shop.
That radius is deliberate. A builder who knows the housing stock knows what is behind the drywall before it comes off: knob-and-tube in the Seattle craftsmans, 60-amp-era panels in the Bellevue ramblers, the Boeing-era split-levels all through Everett and Lynnwood. Local knowledge is not marketing — it is the difference between a scoped project and a surprise.

Why owner-led actually matters
Most remodeling complaints trace to the same root: the person who sold the job is not the person who runs it. Somewhere between the estimate and the framing, the project changes hands, and the promises go with it.
Eduard prices the work, manages the trades, meets the inspectors and walks the punch list. On a build that runs months, that continuity is the product. It is also why we cap how many jobs run at once — a name on every job only means something if the name can be there.

Licensed, bonded, insured — and permitted
ENF is a licensed, bonded and insured Washington general contractor, and we will hand you the documentation with any estimate. We pull the permits, meet the inspections and close them out — you never deal with the counter at SDCI, Bellevue Development Services or City of Everett Permit Services.
We say that plainly because the alternative is common. A contractor who offers to skip permits to save you money is telling you what else they will skip — and unpermitted work comes due at resale, in appraisals and in insurance claims.
