( Service Area — Snohomish County )

General contractorin Bothell.

Bothell straddles two counties and three decades of housing booms. We remodel the 1980s–2000s stock that fills its hillsides — and the older homes downtown that predate all of it.

Building in Bothell's housing stock

Bothell is unusual in our service area because so much of it is newer. The Canyon Park and North Creek corridors filled in through the 1980s, 90s and 2000s alongside the tech and biotech employers, which means a lot of two-story builder homes on sloped lots with vaulted entries, builder-grade kitchens and bathrooms that have simply aged out rather than failed.

Those houses remodel well. The structure is sound and the systems are modern enough to leave alone, so budget goes into what you see: opening the kitchen to the family room, rebuilding the primary bath, replacing tired builder finishes with materials that last. Older downtown Bothell homes are a different project entirely — closer to the Everett and Seattle work, with the systems questions that come with age.

What we build in Bothell

Kitchen and bathroom remodels of that 80s–2000s stock lead our Bothell work, followed by additions and ADUs. Bothell's hillside lots make daylight-basement conversions and detached ADUs feasible on parcels that would be too tight elsewhere — and siding replacement is common here, since a lot of that era's cladding is reaching the end of its service life in a wet climate.

Permits run through City of Bothell Community Development. Bothell sits partly in Snohomish and partly in King County, so we confirm which jurisdiction governs your parcel before scoping anything.

Bothell questions, answered

Do you remodel newer Bothell homes?
Constantly. The 1980s–2000s houses through Canyon Park and North Creek are structurally sound with dated finishes — which makes them efficient remodels: the money goes into kitchens, bathrooms and opening up the main floor rather than into systems.
Is Bothell in King or Snohomish County?
Both — the city spans the county line. That matters for permitting and for some code details, so we confirm which jurisdiction governs your specific parcel as part of the estimate.
Can I build an ADU in Bothell?
In most cases yes, under Washington's statewide ADU rules. Bothell's sloped lots often suit daylight-basement conversions and detached units well. We check your parcel's setbacks, height limits and access at the free estimate.
