Built where it counts: behind the tile
Anyone can set tile. The difference between a bathroom that lasts twenty years and one that fails in five is entirely in what happens before the tile goes on: the pan, the slope, the waterproofing membrane, the way the corners and the curb are detailed.
That is where we spend the time, and it is why we welcome the inspection. A shower built right is invisible work you never think about again.

Hall baths and primary suites
The two projects are different. A hall bath usually needs to serve a whole family better than it does — more storage, a durable surface, better light, sometimes a second sink where one never fit. A primary suite is about the shower: curbless entry, a proper bench, heated floors, glass measured after the tile is set.
We build both, and we will tell you which one your house needs first if the budget only stretches to one.

Living through it
If this is your only bathroom, say so up front. We sequence the work to get the toilet back in service fastest and compress the shower gap as tightly as the tile cure allows — and we protect floors, contain dust and leave the site broom-clean every day.

Bathroom Remodeling questions
- How much does a bathroom remodel cost?
- Hall bathrooms typically run $25,000–$45,000 and primary suites $50,000–$100,000+ in the Seattle area. Moving plumbing and custom tile work are the biggest variables. Estimates are free and itemized.
- How long does a bathroom remodel take?
- Two to three weeks of construction for a straightforward hall bath, four to six for a primary suite with a custom tiled shower. Custom glass adds two to three weeks after tile because it can only be measured once tile is finished.
- Do bathroom remodels need permits?
- Moving fixtures, altering drains or venting, adding circuits or a fan all require permits — so most full remodels do. Like-for-like swaps in the same locations often do not. We handle whichever applies.
- Can you build a curbless walk-in shower?
- Yes. Curbless showers need the floor structure recessed or built up to carry the slope, plus careful waterproofing at the transition. It is our favorite bathroom upgrade — it looks better and it ages with you.
