Building in Everett's housing stock
Everett grew in waves — Boeing-era neighborhoods of 1960s–80s ramblers and split-levels in the south end, older 1910s–40s homes near downtown and Rucker Hill, and newer development toward Silver Lake. The majority of our Everett work is in that middle band: solid, unpretentious houses with closed kitchens, original baths and floor plans that don't match how anyone lives now.
These homes are ideal remodel candidates. Lots are larger than Seattle's, structures are straightforward, and the gap between as-is and remodeled is dramatic — a 1975 split-level with an opened main floor and a rebuilt kitchen is functionally a new house at a fraction of new-construction cost.

What we build in Everett
Everything we offer, we offer here first: kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, additions, basement finishing and ADUs. Everett's larger lots make detached ADUs genuinely feasible — something that's often impossible on smaller Seattle parcels — and Washington's new ADU rules apply here the same as everywhere in the state.
Permits run through City of Everett Permit Services, a smaller and more accessible office than the big-city equivalents. Being local matters in practice: we can be at your house for an estimate quickly, swing by mid-project without scheduling gymnastics, and stand behind the work for the long haul — we live with our Everett reputation.
